I received an email stating that I created a new turbo tax account this year but I did not. I was told TurboTax if I did not make this account but can't find how to do so

Ok wow this platform really sucks, here's what I was trying to say.

I received an email stating that I created a new TurboTax account this year but I did not. I filed my taxes months ago on another platform. I was told to contact TurboTax if I did not make this account, but "Contact Us" leads to a blank page and now I'm worried someone is trying to re-file fake taxes as me. How do I either contact TurboTax or get this fake "new" account removed?
