I received a W-2 from a job that never paid me. Do I have to file taxes if I did not get a pay check?

If you didn't receive a paycheck or feel that you received this W-2 in error, you should get a corrected copy of the W-2 from the employer that issued it. The IRS received the same W-2 that you did. So, if you made enough throughout the year to require filing, you are required to report all income and wages. Here is a table that can determine whether or not you are required to file.
