I received a service code via text that was invalid. My return has been confirmed. How do I receive the discounted rate of 50%?

What do you mean about the phone call?  Did you get an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from TurboTax?   Or did you contact TurboTax Support about this issue and requested a callback?

I've asked a Moderator to review your thread tomorrow about the invalid service code.

No the call was from TurboTax Support. It was a callback. The support did not speak, just hung up.

Their call system is frequently messed up. It's their system that hung up.  We've complained about it, and I added your experience to it.
