No, reimbursements from health insurance companies for medical expenses incurred are not taxable income.

However, if you deducted the expenses it covers as medical expenses on a previous year's return, you would need to amend the prior year to adjust expenses for the reimbursement.  You cannot claim medical insurance reimbursements as a medical expense since they are not taxable.
