I received a 1099-MISC for my Jury Duty income. I entered the information under Income for 1099-MISC. Do I also enter the amount again in other income?

I entered the amount of income I received from Jury Duty that I received a 1099-MISC for in "1099-MISC and Other Common Income". 

Then in section "Less common Income", I am asked to enter Jury Duty money received.

Do I enter it in BOTH sections!

No, you do not enter your jury duty 1099-MISC in both places as it will be double-counted. If you have already entered the form 1099--MISC, skip the Other Income section.
