I received 20 W2Gs and 5 1042-S forms. 1042-S were issued by a different casino. I have already entered my W2Gs but not able to figure out where to add & report 1042-S

When i checked the community response, i found that i can report 1042-S under other income but there are only two boxes here - description and amount. Is that the place to enter the 1042-S information ? Can i club all 5 of 1042-s and report ? Also, where can i report my withholding and how to send 1042-S to IRS ?
