Form 763: NR Alloc Pct, I am not sure what I need to add to line 2B. unable to completed until this is filled out.

I ran into the same issue. In the 'Nonresident Income Allocation' section of the overall 'Income' section, be sure to fill out the Virginia column with the correct values, even if it's $0. According to Form 763 (found by clicking 'Forms' in the top left portion of TurboTax), line 2B is for Interest income.

You can navigate back to this area to fill the fields out by clicking 'Edit' under the Income section, then "Done with Income" button at the bottom, which takes you through a few extra screens, including 'Nonresident Income Allocation' screens. Hope this helps!
