I put my state tax refund received in 2020 the tax return. The amount entered is different from what the review shows. Why is this?

Understand your reply but, the amount of refund entered is less than the amount of refund on the 2020 tax return.  Why would my 2020 state refund be more on the tax return?  2019's tax return shows the exact amount entered in the tax return.

The amount on my finished tax return is exactly double what I entered.  Why would the number double?
