Sign into your Online account
2. Scroll down to Intuit Account in the bottom left panel.
3. This will bring you to the Account Settings page.
4. Select Security on the left.
5. Select Edit and enter the phone number that you wish to use
6. Next select Turn On for the two step verification
7. You will see a question that asks 'How should we contact you'? and select Text message.
8. Be sure to select 'Turn On' to consent to get a text message to confirm your contact info.

For the past three or four days I have been unable to sign into my account. I am not receiving text messages for the secondary verification process as required by Turbo Tax. My cellphone number is correct. I can't sign in to confirm that I want text messaging authorized by me. Can someone take charge and fix this problem?
If you still cannot access your account, you can contact TurboTax customer service/support through their contact website during business hours.
Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent.
Note: The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
