I purchased turbotax 2024, Downloaded, and installed it but having issues oppening the program

I purchased turbotax 2024, Downloaded, and installed it but having issues opening the program. I keep getting the following message: "TurboTax error"..."Looks like we've run into an error"

Have you tried closing TurboTax and clearing your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online.  You could also try a different browser.

i am actually doing the desktop version and i get the following messages while installing,  and then after finally able to install the version 2024 i get the last message when launching the program
