Be careful---you are posting from online Deluxe.  That license code is for desktop software--the CD/download.  Have you accidentally gone online to the wrong software?  The code does not work for online TurboTax.  Did you prepare a tax return using online TT by mistake?

If you purchased the CD then you should be using the CD and not the ONLINE program ... the code will not work for the ONLINE version .... so to use the program you purchased you can finish the return you started on line this way >   https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901476-how-do-i-switch-from-turbotax-online-to-the-turbotax-softw...
