I purchased a Turbotax CD online and received it but it has a scratch on it and will not load can I down load it?

Amazon might replace a damaged CD, but I doubt as a download.   They do their own pricing, and their CDs and downloads may be priced differently.  You could see what they suggest.

If you can't get relief from Amazon, here's how to contact TurboTax Support.  They will ensure you get usable product, likely a download.
