I purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe at Sam's Club. Where do I enter my license code?

You purchased the TurboTax desktop edition to be installed on your personal computer. You did not purchase one of the TurboTax online web-based editions which do not require a license code.

i purchased turbo tax deluxe, cus i have a 1099, i purchased it 5 days ago, til i got my 1099. now im trying to file and it says i have to buy it again. any help?
