Many people have more than one TurboTax login. Make sure that you are in logged into the logon that you used to file the extension and pay for TurboTax.
If you cannot remember the ID that you used, put your phone number into the logon field when you sign in. That will bring up a list of all your accounts and you can select the one that your used to file the extension and pay.
When you login to your account, go to Intuit Account at lower left. Then Product & Billing. Make sure that you are in your paid account.
