I paid state taxes in my 1099-R but cannot find where to claim it. Where do I add it in?

In the 1099-R form entry, scroll down to the bottom and you will see the state tax withholding (see attached screenshot)

Why is my state tax. Withheld on my. 1099-R not showing a place to add in?
