I paid for Virtual Assistant services from a VA company in 2020. (it was NOT just one person...but an entire group), I did not file a 1099-misc. Was I supposed to?!?

This company charged a set contract fee and I worked with more than three people in the company during the contract time.

No, you do not issue 1099-NEC to companies. As for the three people you worked with, they are employees who get paid by the company.
