The state program when using the Deluxe online edition is and additional $49. Is this the amount you are being asked to pay?
I am being asked to purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe again for $59 when I already purchased it yesterday when filing my federal return. It is also asking for me to pay for the state return, which I expected.

Are you sure you signed onto the correct account?
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

I have had this happen before. That time I called the customer service to figure out the extra charges. They were able to fix it for me. Give it a few days until it is fixed to do your taxes on. I forget the number I used for their customer service line but they should have it somewhere on their site. Hope this helps a little 🙂
