I paid for the online Turbotax 2020. It doesn't support form IRC-1341 which I need to for taxes

Since I have already paid for online Turbotax 2020 can someone from Turbotax activate MAC desktop software for me?

Turbotax didn't tell me that the deduction via credit method option is not supported in the online version when I purchased the online version.

Yes. you must use the desktop version to claim the IRC 1341. I have a pretty detailed post for payments over $3,000. You may want to check it out.  You can fill this form out for someone to call you.
