I paid for my TurboTax Premier at Costco yet at the end before filing I am ask to pay another $90 plus $50 for each state. What gives?

Which Premier did you buy from Costco?  The online Live version or the CD or the Desktop download?

If you bought the CD or download you need to install it on your computer and use that instead of the Online version.  We can tell you how to switch to your Desktop program without paying for online.  Oh and Windows or Mac?
