What did you pay it for?  Was it your 2023 tax due payment?  Or did you make 2024 estimated payments?  You can't enter or deduct any prior year federal tax payments.

It depends on what the payments were for.  If the payment was for your 2023 taxes, you do not need to enter it into TurboTax for your 2024 tax return.  

However, if you made those as estimated payments toward your 2024 tax liability, you do enter them to ensure they are accounted for when tallying your final balance.  If you made these types of payments, they are entered into TurboTax in the Deductions and Credits section under "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid."
