I owe taxes and originally was going to pay them in monthly installments, however would like to pay those all up front now before 4/15. How can I change that?

Rather than paying a monthly installment for the taxes I owe for 2016, I would like to instead pay those all up front now before 4/15.

You can easily make a payment to the IRS by going to: https://www.irs.gov/payments.
