I ordered TurboTax through USAA and should have been charged 39.99 plus tax but I was charged 49.99 plus tax. Why was I charged $10 more?

I started Turbo Tax through USAA.COM and the price should have been 39.99 plus tax. Why was I charged the regular price of 49.99 plus tax?

Your transaction will need to be researched, USAA provides the steps to do that the USAA website.

You can find this information in the FAQ on the USAA website:

"If you filed your return using TurboTax and accessed it via usaa.com and did not receive your discount, TurboTax will need to research your transaction. In order to do so, please contact the USAA tax line at 800-531-6347 and say "tax questions" at the main menu. Please be prepared with the following information: 

TurboTax order number (can be found in your e-mail inbox) First and last name Complete address E-mail address used when signing into TurboTax Telephone number USAA number."
