Due to the change you should have 2 separate 1095-A forms to enter ... one at a time.

Enter the 1095-A into TurboTax exactly as on the 1095-A that you receive.  Don't try to change anything to show who had coverage for different months.  Keep that information with your other 2021 tax records in case there is ever any question about it.

If you received separate 1095-A's, after you finish entering hers you will  click "Add Another" which is right under the policy number. Walk through the same steps to enter your.  You will only enter numbers for the two months you were covered.  You will leave the rest of the months blank.
