You will need to speak to your employer.  If the amount is incorrect they need to issue a corrected Form W-2c.

Did you put more in your retirement plan?   Did your health insurance cost more and it was deducted pre tax ?

Yes and no to your questions... but it's weird because ALL 3 are equal.
wages, tips and other compensation = social security wages = medicare wages and tips...
