I no longer live and work in USA I’m back in South Africa however the app is not accepting my home address and I want to add my south Africa bank acc as Wells is closed

You can file a tax return with a foreign mailing address (entered in Personal Info interview).

You cannot use a foreign credit card (bank-issued) to pay for TurboTax services and you cannot "debit" a foreign bank account to pay your taxes.

To pay your taxes with a foreign bank account, you have to do a wire transfer. See the IRS Foreign Electronic Payments

I want to know if I can have my tax funds deposited in my South African bank acc or how will I receive it? And I’m struggling to pass the stage Review your order it’s not allowing me to insert the foreign address

The IRS is not going to credit tax refunds to a foreign bank account - you will have to request your refund by paper check.

A paper check for a federal tax refund can be sent to an international address, but a refund can be electronically deposited only to a bank with a U.S. routing/account number.

You can enter a foreign mailing address in your tax return for purposes of the refund check and for IRS correspondence. See the sample screenshots below for aid in navigation.

You cannot "register" your TurboTax account with a foreign address, either. You can skip the registration process or temporarily change you personal (mailing) address to a known US address for registration purposes only. Then change it back for filing purposes.
