Hello,

I subscribed with your self employed package for both TT and QB. But in my Turbo Tax I was still showed "Free filing..." after I put in all my tax info. I didn't find any tab/link/button that I can shift to self employed. Please help...

Thanks for the replay. I read that post. In my case, there is NO "update" option/link/tab whatever on the left-side menu. 

Should I call Turbo Tax?

amended my taxes now I  don't  qualify for free turbo, income is over 36,000 need to upgrade.

To upgrade your version of TurboTax:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select Upgrade in the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the version you'd like to upgrade to.

If you are using TurboTax desktop, click on Upgrade TurboTax at the bottom right of the desktop program screen.
