I need to start my return over and the My Account drop-down menu is not functioning. Please advise
This has been occurring with some customers Chrome and Safari. We are currently unsure of what setting is causing it. Try clearing
your cookies and cache or you can try another browser such as IE or Firefox
(Firefox works best with TurboTax).
