I need to install my 2019 Turbo tax software and I have my CD as well as my activation code. My software will not allow me to connect to Intuit, but I need to file.

Sorry, you will never be able to install and activate 2019.   When did you buy 2019?  If you just bought it try to get a refund.

They only sell the last 3 years. 2019 was the first year they started using the License Code (it was 14 digits) to activate the program so it has to log into Turbo Tax. So the program will only be able to install and activate for 3 years.

You might want to go to a local accountant or tax place if you have a complicated return. And it is too late to get any refunds but you still need to file and pay if you have a tax due.
