I need to file form 1350 but have already filed my other Tax forms through TurboTax. Should I send the form separately or is there a way to file it through turbotax?

Yes, If the original return was filed electronically, mail Form 1310 to the Internal Revenue Service Center designated
for the address shown on the tax return. See Where to File Addresses for Tax Returns by State.
