I need to file a form 709 which is not included with TurboTax. Do I need to just fill in that form on paper and mail it in? Or what process should I follow?

If a form is not included with TurboTax, can I just fill in a paper version and mail that in separately?

That stinks! I was hoping to find a method to file online. The form is tedious and the instructions are even worse! So much for the reduction of paperwork.
