I need to correct my w2 from 2022. I have all my paystubs and the amt is off by almost 7,000. The former employer is refusing to give me a corrected w2.

There are LOTS of reasons the W2 doesn't match your paystubs.   There are several items that are deducted pre-tax that will affect your taxable gross income. Like 401k or retirement deductions and health insurance.  Usually your last paystub does NOT match your W2!
