To change your TurboTax email address follow these steps:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account. ...
Select Intuit Account from the lower left corner.
This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save, and you're done.

I need to change my email adress to get confirmation code for filing my return. The one on file I dont have access to
