So only refunds on CD's....what decade are we in? I was on the phone for almost an hour yesterday with a turbo expert and she agreed that my instance of turbo is caught in a loop. She told me that I would be able to get a refund. Turbo has definite flaws that need to be fixed. I would like a my order canceled and refund.
