City withholding is shown in box 19 of your W-2 and is entered ("added") in TurboTax (TT) with your other W-2 info at the W-2 screen.

If you made city estimated payments and/or paid a balance due, last year,

In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

Federal Taxes Tab

Deductions & Credits

-Scroll down to:

--Estimates & other taxes paid

-Estimates

-Other Income taxes
