I am having a problem with how TT is dealing with 1099-K forms. Rep said she never saw anything like this and is beyond her scope. Thinks it is a software glitch and nothing she can do. Any suggestions as to how I can get the proper support for this?

What is the 1099-K for, what platform are you using, and what kind of issue are you having? You can search for 1099-K and see a summary. Each one should be linked to another form or schedule. If it is for multiple types of income, see the link below. And make sure to delete any erroneously entered forms; the summary will show all that are entered or you can use the instructions below.
