at the top right you'll see word individuals

click on it 

a drop-down menu will appear 

the second line is get your IL-PIN

you'll need

Social Security number   

and 1 of the following 

Adjusted Gross Income (from most recently filed return

or.

Illinois Driver's License Number

or

Illinois State Identification Number

if you are married your spouse has a separate pin so you will need to supply the info for her to get it

is it the same number that can be retained and used every year for filing TTax Illinois ?

OR - does each year require a NEW number ?
