I need help. My son's tax return was rejected because we didn't enter the 1095 A information. Now that we have we keep getting an error for the percentage portion.

I would recommend going to the website of the company and downloading the 1095 form directly. Once you have that, then deleting the 1095 portion for that company from the return if possible and then use FILE>IMPORT the file you downloaded.  This should populate the form.  Check for any other unnamed 1095 forms, and if so, delete them too.  Best of luck.
