You will have to get a copy from your (presumably previous) employer.
suggest looking your transcript at IRS.Gov - it'll have the W-2 info reported to the IRS (but the state withholdings won't be there)
Your best bet is to ask your employer or payroll department for another copy of your W-2.

@galen143 out of curiosity, why are you seeking the W-2 from 2015? are you trying to file a tax return from that year????
