There is no other way to track your payment aside from the IRS tracking tool.
I know it's frustrating, but there really isn't any other way.- not by phone or any other means. No one is trying to keep information from you - but it's not available.

The tool continues to be updated nightly and the IRS is continuing to process payments to taxpayers and expects to continue to do so for many weeks to come.
This process has just begun and will be ongoing for some time.
The IRS tool keeps telling me my information is wrong. And it is not. So I guess I’m just lost. I trusted Turbo Tax for years and everyone I know that got fees taken out or an advance on the Turbo card is having the same issue so it’s just very hard to believe that nobody knows where the money is or when or how it’s coming. If I could get an answer I’d be fine. But the fact that even the IRS can’t find me is concerning.
