Yes, you can save your return by following the steps in the FAQ.  PDF files cannot be opened or read by TurboTax software, which means they cannot be used for amending or troubleshooting calculation issues. For this reason, we recommend that you also save your completed return as a tax data file.

It can take up to 15 minutes for the code to be emailed to you, and check your junk email folders too.

If you didn't get the code but still have access to your TurboTax account - check that your email/phone number listed with us is correct.

If you don't have access to your account and the email listed with us - fill out an Email Change Request.

If your code isn't working it could be because the original verification code window is closed or the code has expired
