I'm unable to use live agent as it is not recognizing the online option I chose to start my return. What else can I do to get someone to help me?

Or you can switch to Live Assisted as follows

• Switch to TurboTax Live if you started with a different TurboTax product.
  1. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
  2. Select Live Tax Advice.
  3. Select Upgrade.
