I'm unable to import tax info from Etrade to TurboTax (MAC desktop version). It ask for user name / pwd (both are correct) but it say Establishing Secure Connection

It fails once it trys to make connection to Etrade but goes back to login page without doing anything.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure you have a VPN or Anti-virus turned off.
