I'm unable to efile my NYS return. Keeps asking for an amount Code A-101, but my W2 does not have anything with Code A-101?

Sometimes NY's paid family leave appears in Box 14 W-2 , which is not Code A-101, but the program seems to categorize it as an IRC 125.

Also, if you are getting the error message shown in the image below, and it comes as "0", delete both of them. Before clicking "Continue", remove both "0's" as shown below
