I’m trying to fill out my W-2 G and it’s asking is the corrected box checked what does that mean

When an issuer of a form makes a mistake, they will issue a corrected form and check the corrected form box on the form. If that box is not checked or if there is no box on the form, just say no to the question.

I have three choices on the corrected box no entry, corrected yes and corrected no.  My box is blank, which applies?

If your box is blank, then it would be no entry.
