I'm trying to file but getting this error: We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.

This is a known issue within TurboTax and is being investigated.  I'll do my best to update you when things change.   Thank you for your patience.

I'm trying to file but getting this error: We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.

Unfortunately the problem remains. :(

I'm trying to file but getting this error: We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.

We are still working to get this issue resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm trying to file but getting this error: We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.

I'm happy to finally be able to share a TurboTax Article with information regarding this issue.  Please note that the issue is expected to be resolved on 2/24/22.  The article also gives users an opportunity to sign up for email notifications when the issue has been resolved.

 

Why am I receiving an error message when I try to e-file my NC return?
