be aware that the IRS is not accepting E-File returns for processing
until Jan. 29th.

It
could also be due to a CAPTCHA not appearing, that is where
you typically check mark "I am not a robot."
- Log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
- Close the browser
and reopen it.
- Make
sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the
CAPTCHA will appear.
- Log in and try
again.
If
that doesn't work, see if a different browser than you were using, with
cookies allowed will solve it.
