I'm the Treasurer for a nonprofit in Belgium and have signature authority over its accounts.. I know I need the separate FINCEN. Do I also report on my taxes for FATCA?

As you only have signature authority on the foreign account, you do not need to file form 8938 (FATCA) with your tax return.
