I'm on my Dad's Health Insurance plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield. It is not listed as an option and I can't continue unless I choose from these 4 options.

Here is how to enter the health coverage. Once you reach the Health Insurance Section you will see the question "Did you have have health insurance coverage in 2016." You select "I had health insurance coverage all year." The next screen asks "Was anyone enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2016", select "No." Then you are done with the Health Insurance Section.
