I’m not sure what to do because I still haven’t got one of my w2s? Any suggestions?

If you have not received a W-2 form yet, you can file a return using a substitute W-2, but this will require your tax return to be printed and mailed, rather than e-filed. Please see the steps below to file a return with a substitute W-2 form:

where's this refund then, actually? Because attached literature would suggest that I in fact "got" this refund. But Im not having a lot of fund yet, know what I mean?
