I'm not seeing my discount reflected (save up to $20 -- through Tickets at Work program). How do I apply the discount?

Did you start with your work program website? To get a discount, be sure to always start on your work program website. Select the TurboTax link to access your tax return in TurboTax. To see details, click here Discounts

Yes, I tried that several times from more than one discount offer (AAA and Tickets at Work). Also tried closing my browser, re-opening it, and trying again. I'm guessing it's because I had started my return a few weeks ago and came back to it. Does the discount only work if you try it before you start the process? I tried it at the point when I had entered all my information and saw the pricing before filing my return.

Yes, you would need to select the discount prior to beginning your return within Turbo Tax.
